Welcome to DPW Aviation Services Private Limited, a start-up company for fuel farm operations and into-plane refuelling in India.

DPW Aviation Services Private Limited, shortly called ‘DPW Aviation’ has been formed eyeing a business in the growing open access model of Indian aviation fuel market and prospects of foreign Oil companies’ entry into Indian aviation field.

FUEL FARM OPERATIONS & INTO-PLANE REFUELLING

  • Carry out periodical Quality Control checks and tests in line with the standard operating guidelines.

  • Provide into-plane supply of fuels as per the DGCA &statutory regulations.

  • Always ensure delay free and prompt refuelling service to airlines.

  • Upkeep of owner’s facilities such as storage tanks, filters, pumps, refuellers etc.

  • Maintain safety and firefighting equipment.

  • Receive, store and deliver aviation fuels ensuring compliance to DGCA approved Aviation Quality Control manual guidelines and in agreement with the Industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance to airport operator, security and other statutory authorities’ regulations.
  • Prepare and preserve all records related to receipt, stock and delivery etc.
  • Conform to Health, Safety and Environment requirements constantly.
  • Handle audits by DGCA, Airlines, Joint Inspection group, owner and any other notified agency and comply to the observations made.
  • Any other activity as per the contract with the customers.

SUPPLY OF SPARES FOR AVIATION EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES OF FACILITIES

  • Procure and supply spare parts including imported items for all kinds of aviation equipment – static and mobile facilities.

  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of customer’s facilities.

  • Supply refuellers & hydrant dispensers and provide technical assistance.

MANPOWER ONLY CONTRACTS FOR OPERATIONS OF AVIATION FUEL STATIONS / TERMINALS

  • Provide skilled manpower for operations at locations.

  • Provide qualified officers for Airport Fuel Stations as well as for intermediate terminals that supply aviation fuels to Airport Stations.

FUEL FARM & RELATED FACILITIES

We offer clients Technical Assistance in Airport Fuel projects in

  • Construction of storage tanks & associated facilities.
  • Development of infrastructure of Hydrant Refuelling System.
